Our trainee program is designed to develop recent graduates holding a bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields (required). The program provides practical, hands-on experience to help you gain a comprehensive understanding of the engineering field.
The goal of the program is to begin your flying career at Parker Hannifin Mexico.
- ** Support in Engineering Projects**
Assist in the design, development, and improvement of products and processes under the guidance of the engineering team.
- ** Technical Problem Analysis and Resolution**
- ** Implementation of Testing and Validation**




Support prototype testing activities and collect and analyze data to validate technical specifications.
- ** Technical Documentation**
Prepare reports, manuals, and technical documentation related to projects and tasks performed.
- ** Cross-Departmental Collaboration**
Work closely with other departments such as production, quality, and maintenance to ensure proper implementation of technical solutions.
- ** Participation in Training and Meetings**
Attend technical training sessions and progress meetings to enhance skills and contribute to project advancement.
- ** Support Continuous Improvement**
Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose ideas to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Robotics or similar
- English Level: Proficient
- Basic knowledge in hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, interpretation of plans
- At least 1-year work experience or as internship in a integral company
