**Responsabilidades**:
Receiving purchase requests, issuing purchase orders, and following up with freight forwards and coordinate shipments with vendors, ensuring the import process meets delivery deadlines and providing up-to-date delivery information to planning, production, and sales teams.
Assisting with document verification and boarding authorization with freight forwarders. Supporting the customs broker by providing necessary information to register the import process and coordinating cargo delivery until finalization for accounting purposes. Contacting suppliers to resolve any discrepancies in documentation. Assisting in estimating import costs in accordance with tax and customs regulations.
Tracking KPIs with customs brokers and freight forwarders, ensuring strict adherence to MSA’s ethical and compliance standards required of all suppliers.
**Requisitos**:
Complete undergraduate education in Foreign Trade or Business Administration
Training Courses in foreign trade - Import and Export area
