This Position reports to:
Quality Specialist
**Your role and responsibilities**
In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies. Each day, you will support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit. You will also showcase your expertise by reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases and maintaining process documentation.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solitions division in**San Luis Potosi.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Reporting quality issues data, ensuring adherence to quality management system at all stages.




- Acquiring and reporting quality metrics and KPIs accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate the analysis and management of local processes.
- Utilizing measurement systems to produce data that reflect the accurate characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes.
- Training local operational teams on relevant elements of quality management, supporting implementation, and promoting opportunities for improvement.
- Responsible of quality documentation management and control.
**Qualifications for the role**
- Technical Career Certification or Bachelors degree in Engineering required
- New graduate - 1 yr experience in Quality areas
- Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of quality tools (5whys, 8Ds, Control Charts)
- Knowledge of PowerBI and Sharepont (preferred)
- ISO9001 basic knowledge (preferred)
- Medium English (preferred)
