As Recruitment Specialist, You Will
- Partner with Recruiting Managers to determine staffing needs
- Interact with applicants & respond to inquiries
- Process and track applicant job submissions
- Conduct & request tests needed for hiring
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Recommend ways of improving the recruiting process




- Participate in job fairs & hiring events
- Ensure orientation and onboarding processes run smoothly
- Assist HR team with filing and administrative aspects
As Recruitment Specialist, You Need
- Post-secondary education (considered an asset)
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume, call center environment (or related industry)
- Adaptability to learn a variety of software programs
- Strong customer relations, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
- The ability to adapt to change and innovation
