At Arrow, we're looking for a rising leader for one of our Asset teams in Guadalajara
**How to Apply**:
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Review, analyze and interpret various reports to determine requirements based on material availability, inventory levels and lead times; expediting orders as needed
- Perform Root Cause Analysis to develop corrective actions and implement processes related to quality and supply chain concerns
- Proactively resolve situations with suppliers and various company departments while remaining within company inventory guidelines
- Assist stakeholders in the supply chain process to discover and eliminate inefficiencies involving the customer and/or AEP/Arrow
- Support all non-contract material requirements for the customer and its related sub-contractors




- Take a proactive role in the promotion of good communications between all functional areas and the supplier base
- Supervise the daily activities of the business on technical support and production
- Train team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations
**What We Are Looking For**:
- +4 years of experience in similar roles, in Purchasing and Supply chain roles.
- Experience leading/managing a team
- Advanced English communications, verbally and written.
- Intermediate to advanced Data Analytics skills, using Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration practices across a large team
- Knowledge and/or experience of purchasing.
