Wok hours: 9 am - 1 pm, monday to friday
As a Marketing Design Intern, you’ll join the Marketing team and contribute to visual projects. This role grants you hands-on experience across a range of visual and branding activities, including social media content, promotional campaigns, website graphics, allowing you to build a solid and impactful portfolio.
What will you do:
Social Media Content Design
- Create graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (feed posts, stories, reel covers, etc.).
- Design visuals for campaigns and promotions.
- Adapt content to various formats (square, vertical, horizontal).
Website Graphic Design
- Design banners, icons, and other visual assets for the IMPE and Heranza websites.
- Update graphics based on new content or page layouts.
Marketing Campaign Support
- Support the creation of visual assets for presentations and branding documents.
Image Editing
- Perform basic edits such as cropping, color adjustment,



or typography refinement.
- Prepare files for digital or print use.
File Management
- Organize and maintain shared design folders (e.g., Google Drive).
- Properly name and sort files by campaign or project.
Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- Understanding of design principles (layout, typography, visual hierarchy).
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
- Familiarity with social media formats and trends (especially Instagram & Facebook).
- Creative and visually innovative mindset.
- High attention to detail and consistency.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and openness to feedback.
- Eagerness to learn and grow as a designer.
- Experience with Figma, Webflow, or Wix.
