Project Manager - E-commerce Marketing

**About the role**:We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Project Manager with proven marketing agency experience—and bonus points if it’s with e-commerce clients. You’ll serve as the operational backbone of our client delivery, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring marketing projects move forward on time and on strategy. You must be an Asana expert, a natural communicator, and someone who can anticipate needs before they arise. This isn’t just task tracking—it’s about being a strategic facilitator and internal leader who understands what it takes to execute marketing plans with excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage workflows using Asana—assigning tasks, setting dependencies, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Act as a day-to-day liaison between internal teams and senior account managers, helping translate strategy into execution




- Collaborate closely with department heads and contractors to keep workstreams aligned.
- Identify blockers, propose solutions, and communicate changes clearly and quickly.
- Support the evolution of SOPs, timelines, and agency operations as we scale.
- Track project performance and proactively report key insights to stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Advanced English (C1,C2)
- 5+ years of project management experience within a marketing agency (e
- commerce experience strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and workstreams simultaneously.
- Mastery of Asana (you know how to build out templates, dashboards, dependencies, etc.)
**Soft Skills**:
- Communication
- Time management
- Proactive and problem solving skills
**Technical Skills**:
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Zapier, and Hubspot is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with changing priorities.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday onsite from 9am to 6pm
- $40k Gross
