**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze and document how business processes and resources integrate with existing systems.
- Assist in refining technical and functional system specifications.
- Design, modify, and maintain software programs to meet evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Python,.NET (C#). At least 3 years of experience.
- GIS experience (working with maps and geographic data).




- Basic knowledge of linear algebra can help, but we can train you on that if needed.
**Education**:
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- 3 or more years of experience (preferred)
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
