We currently are expanding our team and have an amazing opportunity for a Talent Coordinator role within our Global Shared Services Center in Mexico, to support interview logistics across the globe.
Our team of LATAM Talent Coordinators (TCs) are full-time Netflix employees, based in Mexico, who are qualified to provide who are qualified to provide seamless delivery of remote administrative support services, maximizing productivity and effectiveness for our stakeholders and the administrative community at Netflix.
In this role, you will - Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring that all parties involved are well-informed and prepared.
- Provide seamless delivery of remote administrative support services, maximizing productivity and effectiveness for Netflix's stakeholders and administrative community.
- Talent Coordinators in Mexico City’s hub have a global scope. You will be providing services to different regions (primarily UCAN and LATAM), which means you may require adjusting work schedules depending on the region and its operational needs.
