**Job Description** Main Objective**:
Manage the material and human resources of the quality laboratory with maximum efficiency for the performance of assigned tasks.
**What challenges will you have?**
- Coordinate product audits and ensure data recording
- Coordinate maintenance activities for existing equipment
- Coordinate and ensure measurement equipment capability (MSA's)
- Plan budget and purchases for: MAE, EWAK, and general expenses
- Coordinate timely laboratory equipment calibration
- Plan, execute, and track QZ's according to procedure
- Comply with customer-specific requirements for product audit reports




**Qualifications** Who are we looking for?**
- From 1 to 2 years of experience in Automotive Industry
- Demonstrate experience with Personnel Management
- Experience with OEM’s requirements
**Technical Knowledge**
- Knowledge in Problem Solving Methodologies
- Previous experience in MSA, SPC and Control Plan
