- ** Recruitment Expertise**: 1+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency setting, with a solid understanding of talent assessment methodologies and best practices.
- ** Tech-Savvy Mindset**: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office tools. Experience with recruitment marketing and social media sourcing is a plus.
- ** Data-Driven Approach**: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market data to make informed hiring decisions.
- ** Strong Organizational & Time-Management Skills**: Ability to handle multiple roles, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Adaptability & Problem-Solving**: A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and find creative solutions.
- ** Global & Cultural Awareness**: Experience working in multinational environments or global teams is highly desirable.
