In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, providing technical support for LAN, WLAN, WAN, NAC, and Firewalls. You will handle daily operational tasks, participate in projects, document procedures, and collaborate with global teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
In your new role you will:
- Be **implementing**, **administering**, and **troubleshooting**both active and passive **network infrastructure.**:
- Provide technical support to provision, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues related to **LAN**, **WLAN**, **WAN**, **NAC**, and **Firewalls**.
- **Handle day-to-day operational tasks**, such as resolving incident tickets and processing change requests.
- Perform **preventive**maintenance**and optimize the performance of the network infrastructure.
- Document operational processes and procedures to ensure **clarity and consistency.**:
- Participate in **projects**and assist with new system setups as required.
- Provide **on-call support**as part of the team’s rotation.
- Work in a global virtual team, **collaborating across regions and time zones.
**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Information Technology**or Network equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1-3 years of **network experience.**:
- Knowledge of Network and IT Standards, concepts & technology.




- **CCNA**or **CCNP**Certification will be add advantage.
- Must be able to read, write and speak **Spanish & English**fluently, including technical concepts and terminology.
