Subject Matter Expert in the Source to Pay (end to end).
Responsible to ensure the implementation of the Integral Template solution in several OpCo’s in the Americas Region following the DBB Transition Methodology.
In charge of coordinating and facilitating key user meetings, system configuration module testing, key users for system tests, process documents, training documentation and end user training.
ROLES & RESPONSABILITIES
- Identification and analysis of user requirements within Source to Pay functional areas.
- Support OpCo on their change management journey.
- Perform testing of the tool and associated procedures to confirm that the primary requirements are met.
KEY EXPERIENCES / SKILLS / BEHAVIOURS
- 6 - 8 years in field experience in sourcing, procurement & finance, experience in complex projects in an international environment.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Excellent communications skills, process management, stakeholder communication.
