We are looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual **Customer Order Support Specialist** to manage the entry, validation, and tracking of customer purchase and sales orders. This role ensures accurate order processing, timely delivery, and high-quality customer communication in both English and Spanish.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Enter and process customer purchase and sales orders in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Review order details: pricing, product availability, delivery times, and payment terms.
- Communicate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics, finance) to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or changes.
- Monitor and track order status; provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
- Generate reports on order activity, delays, and customer service KPIs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in sales operations and customer service.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,



International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field.
- **Advanced English (spoken and written)** - must be comfortable interacting with international clients.
- 1-3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or sales support.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
