- What You'll Do
- Lead and guide **Scrum/project teams** through agile development processes
- Manage and deliver **software development projects** and **cloud-based initiatives**:
- Be a key driver of **Scrum culture**, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
- Use **JIRA** for project tracking and reporting
- Serve as the liaison between **technical and non-technical teams**:
- Gather and translate requirements into actionable specs
- Identify risks and communicate challenges to leadership
- Collaborate across departments to ensure **timely, budget-aligned delivery**:
- Support retrospectives and drive process enhancements
- Start and support new project teams when needed




- What You Bring
- **4+ years** of relevant experience as a **Technical PM and/or Scrum Master**:
- Proven ability to **lead cross-functional teams** and resolve challenges collaboratively
- Hands-on experience with **software development lifecycles** and **cloud environments**:
- Strong experience with **agile methodologies** and **Scrum facilitation**:
- Expertise using **JIRA** and generating reports
- Excellent **soft skills**, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset
- Strong **decision-making** skills and good judgment within defined procedures
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
