We are seeking a bilingual, service-oriented **B2B Sales Support Specialist** to join our team. This role is adecuado for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy helping others, and bring strong experience in B2B sales or customer service—especially in healthcare-related sectors. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll play a critical role in building trust, supporting sales conversion, and delivering an outstanding experience in both English and Spanish.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Provide clear and accurate information about our services and offerings in both English and Spanish




- Support the sales process by converting qualified leads into active opportunities
- Resolve client questions and concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary
- Maintain updated knowledge of our solutions and relevant industry trends
- Record and track client interactions and outcomes using our CRM system
- Achieve or exceed established performance goals and KPIs
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication)
- Prior experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or customer service with U.S.based companies
- Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with professionals
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and call center software
- Available to work full-time during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
