**Job Summary**
Responsible for receiving requests from the Credit and Sales teams to prepare financial documentation, manage and review liens that may conflict with the company’s security interests, support the lien registration process, and fulfill audit-related requirements. Additionally, this role provides support for software testing and internal training initiatives.
**Responsibilities**
- Collect, analyze, and input data to prepare contractual documents.
- Communicate with customers, dealers, and the sales team regarding contract processing details.
- Identify and correct errors in records; update documentation procedures to enhance accuracy.
- Provide guidance on the implementation of documentation best practices within the assigned unit.
**Educational Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Intermediate - Fluent English

- Reviews legal, contractual, and ethical considerations related to data access.
**Internal Controls**:
- Explains the importance of maintaining effective internal controls.
- Identifies specific regulatory requirements that necessitate internal controls.
**Contract Review**:
- Identifies existing agreements and contracts related to products and services.
- Recognizes key contractual clauses that must be adhered to.
- Summarizes major contract types.
- Interprets basic contracts and associated legal documentation.
