**Position summary**
To manage, control, and keep up to date all technical, administrative, and quality documentation for the project or organization, ensuring compliance with internal standards, legal regulations, and contractual requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Receive, register, distribute, archive, and track all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Ensure that all documents meet required formats, revisions, and approvals before distribution.
- Maintain up-to-date master document registers and control document versioning.
- Coordinate timely submission of documents to clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Safeguard physical and digital archives, ensuring document integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare document control status reports for management or project coordination.
- Support internal and external audits by providing quick access to requested documentation.
- Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of the document management system.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in administration or Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in similar positions, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial projects.
- Knowledge: Document control systems, ISO standards (preferred), document classification and archiving.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, teamwork, effective communication.
- Languages: (Optional) Intermediate English proficiency, depending on project needs.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management software.
