Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Management
- Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various internal and external sources (e.g., CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, operational systems).
- Maintain and improve data quality, integrity, and accuracy through regular audits, reporting and data cleansing processes.
- Develop and manage data pipelines and workflows for repeatable analysis.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze large datasets to uncover insights related to business performance, customer behavior, operations, and market trends.
- Translate business requirements into data models and analytics solutions.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support various teams including marketing, finance, operations, management, and product engineering.
Business Collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop analytical solutions that support strategic goals.
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences through presentations, summaries, and visualizations.
- Make recommendations based on data-driven analysis to improve processes, increase revenue, or reduce costs.
Data Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and company data governance policies.
- Maintain documentation for data sources, definitions, and methodology used in reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Associates degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.




- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not required).
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven track record of solving real-world problems using data-driven approaches.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and database systems (e.g., MySQL, Snowflake, etc.).
- Solid Excel skills including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Curiosity and passion for using data to tell stories and influence decisions.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI)
- SQL or Python certifications (e.g., from DataCamp, Coursera, or Udemy)
Working Conditions:
