**Job Description**:
- Plans and develops the administration of processes and their interactions, coordinating the WOW system in sections relevant to quality.
- Plans, develops, implements and establishes control mechanisms for processes and their interactions related to process quality.
- Participates in the quoting of new business by understanding client requirements, analyzing processes, and determining direct labor needs.
- Supervises quality inspections carried out during the logistics process
- Performs internal and external audits of the company
- Manages audits and training for quality inspectors.
- Performs deviation analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify risk points that affect quality, and take containment and improvement actions.
- Manages and controls the documents of the comprehensive management system.
- Manages and controls the process of assigning services to vehicles in VPC according to customer requirements.




- Leads the monitoring of preventive and corrective actions on the comprehensive management system.
- Trains administrative staff on the Comprehensive Training System.
- Monitors quality, safety, timeliness, and environmental conditions of materials, processes, and services with clients.
- Leads the quality process within the company.
Job Requirements:
**Education**:Bachelor's degree / Industrial Engineering or similar.
**Experience**:Minimum 1 year in a similar position within the industry (Manufacturing, automotive and/or logistics), with management of personnel under your charge.
**Knowledge**:Quality control, Internal audits, Kaizen (Application of continuous improvement processes), TQM (Application of quality management processes), Work administration, Interpretation of plans and quality standards, Management of computer equipment, Office suite, statistical control, Management of measuring equipment.
**Required language**:Intermediate English
