**Principales funciones**:
**New Programs**:
- Concept Sheets - work with Engineering & Procurement to meet the charter & PA gate requirements.Readiness - new tools progress reporting or on-site reviews to support launce.
- Development of Tooling - process / design & build / buy off reviews and approvals.Benchmarking - competitive bids, direct sourcing, BBC sourcing, material buys.
- Negotiations - with tier 1’s on tooling.DFM - support engineering in design for manufacturability & tooling cost of product design.
- Tooling guidance - tier 1 & tier 2 trouble shooting issues during production ramp.
- CMT support - functional support to CMT’s on a daily / weekly basis.
- Technology - improve knowledge base for technology.Supplier Audit - audit supplier tooling capabilities as input to the sourcing process.
- Tool Standars - ensure adherence to International tooling standards.Direct Sourcing - FEA’s, Process, Tool Design, Build, Buyoff approvals and documentation.
**Sustaining Activities**:
Cost reduction,



tool moves, refurbishment, engineering changes, inventory, supplier relations, purchase orders, invoicing, accruals, scrap tooling.
**Perfil requerido**:
**Escolaridad**: Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Master Degree related desired
**English** - Fluent
**Experiência en**: 3-5 years of managerial experience, deep tooling knowledge in the Stamping Die/ Body in White tooling.
**Competencias**: Composure, Dealing with ambiguity, Perseverance, Problem solving.
