**We are hiring a charismatic and tech-savvy Medical Recruiter**
This is a **remote position**, and the ability to work in the **Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone** is required to effectively collaborate with our team and align with our operational needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize Google Sheets to track and manage applicant information effectively
- Use Google Voice to communicate with applicants and conduct phone screenings
- Stay updated on the company's workforce requirements and be forward-thinking about talent needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and collecting feedback
- Assist with the development and improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent




- **Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role**:
- **Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools** such as Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Voice, and Gmail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- **Must be able to work on Pacific Standard Time zone**
**Pay rate starting at $3.5 USD hourly**
Pay: $66.00 - $111.00 per hour
