Role Description
- Business partner with VDMO in terms of manufacturing costs (labor, overhead, ODC, CAPEX)
- Give support to prepare business cases
- Provides clear view of manufacturing costs / CAPEX in terms of vigente, forecast, and budget expenditures.
- Drive the monthly, forecast and budget preparation of manufacturing costs and CAPEX for VDMO
- Maintains provisions and supports balances through analyses and roll forwards
- Manage raw material and finished good inventories
- Enter journal entries and perform account analyses
- Analyzes margin and explains variances vs forecast and budget
- Finance liaison with volume planning by actively participating in weekly & monthly SOP's along with providing support and counsel during forecast, budget, and strategic planning activities
- Introduction to BRPMS through active participation in master planning,
balanced scorecard management, and continuous improvement activities




- Be able to work as a team and report to all levels of management
- Accuracy is required in a diverse rapidly changing environment; must not be afraid to ask questions
- Other duties as assigned by director of finance
Additional Information
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in cost accounting, financial reporting or a
related field
- Microsoft Office & SAP knowledge (FI-CO)
- CMA designation or willingness to complete within 2-4 years of hire
- Ability to work independently
- Leadership, dedication, capacity to perform under pressure and a strive
to grow professionally
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate
with all levels
- Flexibility within a continuously changing environment
