**Job summary**
As an Adaptation Designer you will localize content for a top OTT Content platform for different markets and channels. You should be comfortable working on localization projects, following processes, and ensuring compliance of client’s brand guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:
- Localize/adapt master assets into different sizes and platforms.
- To work actively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of quality.
- Producing innovative work across platforms and channels based on client’s brief.
- To ensure that creative output is of the highest quality of creative concept, design and artwork.
- To review and improve ways of working across markets.
- To work closely with the project manager & co-creators to create strong concepts from the initial briefing.
- To manage the preparation of all finished artwork files that will comply with the correct output specifications.
- To ensure all design work adheres to the platform’s guidelines and requirements
**What you need to be great in this role**:
- A passion for design.
- You'll have a deep affinity with layout, typography and idea-generation.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
- Consistent record of taking on, interpreting and delivering design projects within agreed deadlines.




- Attention to detail with the ability to work under own initiative.
- Excellent experience working closely with clients during kick-off. While also effectively organizing and prioritizing workloads to manage client delivery
- Excellent Adobe suite skills.
- Understanding of design principles and an awareness of UX, UI and Responsive Design trends - it is ideal but not essential.
- Retouching and adaptations experience and skills.
**Experience**:
- English Level: Advanced in Writing, Listening and Speaking. MANDATORY.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar.
- At least 4 years of experience as a community manager.
