Oversees and/or performs the overall production and operations plan for an entire product line, anticipates production situations and drive actions to eliminate barriers on equipment uptime, manpower issues, technical and quality problems; may be responsible for second or third shift patterns.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor degree on engineering
- 5+ years in production, quality, manufacturing engineering or equivalent leadership position
- Six Sigma Green belt certification (desirable.)
- Knowledge of basic geometric dimensioning & blue print reading measuring techniques (gages) (desirable.)
- Knowledge of safety and ergonomics related to process and equipment design and implementation (desirable.)
- Knowledge of Quality Systems & Standards (desirable)




- Bilingual Spanish-English
- Customer Specific requirements from automobile industry (desirable)
- Ability to effectively manage a staff of 50+ employees
