Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across LATAM.
- Scale Power Brands (Vaseline, Dove, and more) using innovative, data-driven strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and IT to deliver seamless execution.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to unlock growth.
- Lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions with internal and external partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, ideally in FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of LATAM markets and consumer dynamics.
- Commercial acumen: P&L;, pricing, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive ownership, and creative problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
