We are seeking an experienced **Lead Full-Stack Developer**to join our team and take ownership of designing and delivering innovative solutions.
This role involves working across the entire stack to create robust and scalable products while leading and mentoring a team of developers. You will collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure high-quality development that meets business objectives and user needs.
**Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and enhance components, interfaces, and tools to support discovery, moderation, and regulatory enforcement
- Collaborate closely with customers in the Payments team and other internal groups to create products that improve their workflows
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code libraries and product features using PHP, JavaScript (ES6), React, Python, and Go
- Foster personal and professional growth in a collaborative and inclusive environment, sharing knowledge and learning from team members
- Ensure scalability and performance across the stack by optimizing both front-end and back-end solutions
- Lead discussions on technical architecture and contribute to strategic planning for product development
- Organize and prioritize team tasks to meet project deadlines and deliverables
- Maintain high standards of code quality and documentation to ensure long-term maintainability
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of experience in web programming with a proven track record of relevant work
- Minimum of one year of experience managing and leading development teams
- Strong understanding of React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and the DOM
- Experience with server-side technologies such as PHP, Python, Java, Go, or NodeJS
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate respectfully with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated and driven to operate with a sense of urgency, prioritizing accountability and results




- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
