**About the Role**
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented **HR Supervisor** to oversee and enhance human resources processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is key in driving employee engagement, talent development, and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.

- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English).
