The Sr Specialist / Supervisor will be responsible to lead and coordinate project planning and allocation of required resources; prepares reports regarding project progress, problem resolution and ensuring that deliverables meet the requested scope, quality, time, cost and schedule.
The Sr Specialist / Supervisor will be able to identify the busiiness neccesity and propose new and innovating technology in order to generating value to the company.

- Leadership and team management to coordinate activities.
- Project Management and Scrum Master Skills to perform projects ensuring quality in Delivery.
- Progress project monitoring to ensure dates of delivery.
- Establish a communication and collaboration plan in order to keep posting all events and share the neccesary updates.
- Technical support and problem solving to ensure the business continuity.
- Knowledge about infrastructure and security to participate and coordinate activities with impact to the business.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate data into understandable documents and presentations.




**Years of Experience**:
3 years as supervisor & 2 years as a technical.
**Education**:
Ingenieria computación / Licenciatura en informatica.
Maestría / Posgrado.
**Specific Course/Certifications**:
Project Management, Scrum Master, AWS, Cisco
