**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and deploy no-code solutions using Dify, optimizing for performance and usability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define AI capabilities, and translate them into effective solutions.
- Integrate AI systems with existing platforms and services, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Conduct research to keep abreast of the latest trends in AI and no-code development.
- Provide documentation, training, and support to internal teams on implemented AI solutions.
**Requirements**:
**Skills and Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on LLM development.
- Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and related frameworks.




- Experience with AI model development, training, and optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and remote collaboration tools.
- Experience working in health tech or related fields is a plus.
**Benefits**
- Base Salary: USD $2,000 per month.
- Performance Incentives: USD $150- $500 per month tied to KPI over-performance.
