**About the Campaign**
HairClub is the leading provider of hair restoration and replacement solutions in North America. For more than 40 years, we’ve helped people restore not only their hair but also their **confidence**.
As part of this campaign, you’ll be speaking directly with people who have already shown interest in our services. Your role is to **educate, motivate, and schedule their first appointment** so they can experience firsthand how HairClub can make a positive impact on their lives.
**About the Role**
Appointment Coordination Experts (ACEs) are the first friendly voice a client hears when contacting HairClub. You’ll engage with potential clients over the phone, share information about our solutions, and inspire them to take the next step by visiting one of our centers.
This role is idóneo for anyone who enjoys **sales, commissions,



and the excitement of helping clients say “yes”** to a life-changing decision.
**What You’ll Do**
- Answer inbound calls from individuals responding to HairClub’s ads and campaigns.
- Record and update client information with accuracy.
- Persuade and excite callers to book their first consultation.
- Build value and urgency while creating a professional rapport.
- Receive coaching to strengthen your sales and communication skills.
**What We’re Looking For**

- Quick learner with the ability to multitask and stay composed.
- High school diploma (minimum); sales or customer service experience preferred.
