Join our team as a **Data Automation Tester,** where you will take ownership of maintaining and extending our Python-based regression suite.
**Responsibilities**
- Support the existing Python/Behave test framework
- Fix SQL generator to support DBX SQL flavor
- Execute regression suite on various test data sets
- Collaborate with data engineers and QA team to ensure data quality
- Identify and analyze data quality issues and root causes
- Work with engineering teams to resolve data defects proactively
- Track and report quality metrics, defects, and risks to stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data testing and quality engineering for large-scale data platforms or migrations
- Experience with data testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and DataOps principles
- Proficient in Python programming
- Experience with the Behave framework for test automation
- Knowledge of the Databricks platform
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Advanced skills in SQL
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to work in a multinational, distributed team
