**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make follow-up calls to clients regarding training enquiries and schedules
- Maintain accurate records of communication in our system
- Schedule appointments and update the internal team
- Support the sales and operations team with client engagement tasks
**Requirements**:
- Strong written and spoken English
- Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or client support
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (remote role)
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work with mínimal supervision
**Experience**
- Previous experience in client relations, telesales, customer service, or account management (minimum 1-2 years preferred).




- Proven ability to handle outbound and inbound calls in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking tools, or spreadsheets for recording interactions.
- Background in working with international clients and understanding cultural differences is an advantage.
- Experience in remote or virtual roles, demonstrating self-discipline, time management, and independence.
**What We Offer**

- Fixed monthly salary of **$1,500**
Pay: Up to $27,579.75 per month
