About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycles, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for small business and real estate initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring milestones are met within scope and budget.
- Provide clear, concise reports and updates to senior management.
- Leverage project management tools to streamline workflows.

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in small business operations, real estate, or related fields.




- **Fluent in English** (written and verbal) to communicate effectively with US-based teams.
- Ability to work during US business hours (e.g., 9 AM - 5 PM EST/CT).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and expertise in project management methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficient in remote work tools like Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results.
