**Your Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the U.S. distributor market.
- Conduct high-volume outreach to identify and prospect new distributors for our product lines.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and relationship building to negotiation and closing deals.
- Understand the business needs of key accounts to provide effective solutions and build lasting partnerships.
- Clearly communicate our value proposition through compelling presentations and proposals.
- Provide consistent reporting on sales activities, pipeline development, and market insights.
- Work alongside our internal marketing and product teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Pay: $84,023.19 - $101,189.22 per year
