MaxTrans Logistics is looking for a **Dispatch Specialist - Mixed Shift** to join our fast-paced, fun-loving team. You'll be the **link**between **drivers, dispatchers, and clients**— keeping deliveries smooth, on time, and on point.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- **Keep drivers in the loop** with load details, updates, and real-time support.
- **Track shipments** using tools like Macropoint or Project44 (don’t worry, we’ll train you).
- **Update systems** like McLeod with load notes and driver activity.
- **Generate reports**, organize documents, and help keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.
- **Solve problems** on the fly and help keep customers happy.
What We're Looking For:
- You’re fluent in English (spoken & written — we work with the U.S.).
- You’re a multitasking ninja and love staying organized.




- You’ve got great vibes and love being part of a team.
- You can handle pressure like a champ and think fast when things change.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with dispatch tools or logistics platforms (McLeod, Fourkites, etc.).
