- Design and implement backend services utilizing Python and Golang
- Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams for seamless system integration
- Enhance backend system performance and scalability
- Identify and resolve backend technical issues
- Lead code review processes to ensure high-quality standards
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
- Contribute to architectural planning and technology decisions
**Requirements**:
- Extensive experience in Python and Golang development (7+ years)
- Demonstrated leadership in backend development teams (7+ years)
- In-depth knowledge of backend architecture and API design
- Strong understanding of database systems and data modeling
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2+)
