Java Backend Engineer
**Location**: CDMX (Hybrid - TCS Office)
**Experience Required**: 7+ years
Skillset
- Strong experience with **Java** and **Spring** (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.) plus **Python**.
- Understanding of **containerization** (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in **caching mechanisms** (Redis, Memcached, Hazelcast).
- Experience in **microservices architecture** and **RESTful API design**.
- SQL (Postgres, MySQL, MS SQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Deployment on **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Hands-on with **Apache Kafka** or similar messaging systems.
- Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines** and DevOps practices.
- Experience using **JIRA** and **Git**.
- Exposure to **AI coding assistant tools** (GitHub Copilot, Cline, Aider, Continue, Cursor).
- Basic understanding of **LLMs** (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), **MCP**, **AI agent frameworks** (LangChain, LangGraph).
- Strong problem-solving, independent work, and communication skills.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
