As we continue to expand our presence in Latin America, we’re looking for a Sales Managerto lead regional growth and build long‑term customer partnerships.

About the Role
The Sales Manager (LATAM) will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across the region, driving revenue growth for our CDMO services, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a remote position,with travel across Latin America, the United States, and occasional travel to China.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue objectives

Build and maintain strong B2B customer relationships

Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends

Leverage expertise in dosage formats, including solid oral, liquid, softgel, and gummy

Utilize CRM and digital tools to support sales performance and data‑driven decisions





Represent Sirio Pharma at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events

What We’re Looking For

Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within CDMO, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical industries

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical dosage formats

Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)

Strategic, results‑driven mindset with new business development experience

Ability to build relationships remotely and communicate effectively across cultures

Willingness to travel throughout Latin America
