With currently around 36,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of €8.1 billion in fiscal year 2024. **Description** The Project (Overall) Test Manager will be a key player in the D&D; project's execution, responsible for the Testing domain within the project across the different Test Levels. The primary function of this position will be to partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive the development testing of our next generations product design. **YOUR TASKS** **Responsibilities** - Coordinate the test planning activities of all test levels, Qualification, System, Software, Hardware and End of Line. Monitor and control the planned test activities. - Escalates deviations, problems and conflicts detected with domain management. - Document the project decisions and releases strategy in a consistent Test Plan. - Quality, Cost, Timing responsibility for the testing domain (Qualification, System, Software, Hardware and End of Line). - Overall test planning activities in acquisition phase or change requests of projects. - Assess and define the test equipment planned for the project across all testing levels and domains, including responsibility for specifying equipment requirements and ensuring suitability for intended use. - Communicate the overall test strategy to the customer.



- Document and communicate the overall experience of test execution in the Test Report. - Follow up problem reports until closure. - Document and communicate lessons learned. - Travel domestically and internationally <20% to collaborate in other locations when the project activities require it. **YOUR QUALIFICATIONS** Required Qualifications** - Self-motivated engineer with Testing Mindset and strong sense of responsibility who enjoys solving problems on daily basis. - Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering with electronics background. - ISTQB Certified Tester. - +5 years of relevant experience in automotive ECU development Testing in a leading role. - Technical knowledge of Qualification, System and Software Testing, and End of Line. - Project technical scope definition, effort/cost estimations, product maturity and product development timelines. - Lead technically teams up to 10 engineers and manage up to 10 test equipment. - Verbal, written and presentation communication skills at C2 English level. - Experience with international and intercultural team’s coordination. - Experience on multiple problem-solving methodologies. - Attention to detail, with a strong ability to analyze complex systems and abstract perspectives to simplify communication with senior leadership stakeholders. - Experience on ASPICE external assessments. **Preferred Qualifications** - ISTQB Test Manager certification. - 8+ years of combined hands-on experience in automotive development at qualification, system or software testing, and requirements management. - Basic knowledge of SIL testing. - Experience on Functional Safety (ISO 26262) relevant product development. - Experience on Privacy and Security relevant product development. - Experience on UDS (ISO 14229) relevant product development. **HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.** Alfonso Chacon Phone:
