***What you’ll do**:
As part of our **Backoffice Investigations** team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Reviewing and investigating **unrecognized or disputed charges** reported by clients.
- ** Analyzing customer activity and patterns** to detect and prevent potential fraud.
- Documenting findings and **updating results in the CRM system** to ensure accurate case tracking.
- Collaborating with other internal teams to resolve cases efficiently and ensure client satisfaction.
- Providing clear and concise summaries of each investigation.




***What we’re looking for**:
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent written communication and ability to synthesize complex information.
- Previous experience in **back-office, financial investigations, or fraud prevention** is a plus.
- Comfortable using **CRM systems and spreadsheets**.
- Proactive, disciplined, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
