We are looking for a **methodical, proactive, rigorous, and results-oriented** individual who is willing to contribute directly to generating public opinion and social analysis through robust and well-founded statistical models.
**JOB**_DESCRIPTION_**:
- Design, validate, and update sampling models for social and public opinion studies.
- ** Implement weighting and post-stratification** schemes to ensure representativeness.
- Define quotas and technical criteria for field and telephone surveys.
- Create questionnaires aligned with the client's objectives and the expected analytical cross-references.
- Generate actionable insights from the collected data.
- Prepare technical sheets and rigorously document each sample design.
- Act as a bridge between the operational area, strategic management and the client.
- Accompany and train the field team in basic sampling criteria.




- Stay up-to-date on emerging methodologies and specialized literature (INEGI, AMAI, electoral literature, etc.).
**THE**_PROFILE_** WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- Training in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
- Experience in quantitative research, particularly with a social or political focus.
- Mastery of **probability and non-probability sampling techniques**.
- Knowledge in **population modeling and estimation of sampling errors**.
- Advanced handling of **Excel** and preferably **R or Python**.
- Previous experience in polling firms, think tanks, public institutions or research centers is desirable.
- Familiarity with reference frameworks such as **AMAI, INEGI, nominal lists**, or similar.
