Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Copywriter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will create compelling, high-performing content across multiple channels and formats, with a focus on AI-optimized content that ranks well on emerging search platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity. You'll work closely with our AI marketing agents and content strategists to develop content that drives engagement, builds brand authority, and converts prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy

Write high-quality blog posts, articles, and long-form content optimized for AI search engines, traditional SEO, and social discovery

Develop compelling sales collateral including case studies, whitepapers, product descriptions, and sales enablement materials

Create engaging social media content for LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram that resonates with target audiences

Craft email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences

Write scripts for short-form video content and multimedia campaigns

AI-Optimized Content Development

Create content specifically designed for semantic search and AI search engines

Develop content that answers specific customer questions and pain points

Write content that performs well in AI-powered search results on platforms like ChatGPT,



Perplexity, and other emerging search technologies

Collaborate with our proprietary AI system to evaluate and optimize content performance

Research & Analysis

Conduct competitor content analysis and market research

Analyze audience personas and customer pain points to inform content strategy

Stay current with AI search engine algorithms and content ranking factors

Use data and analytics to iterate and improve content performance

Collaboration & Process

Work closely with content strategists, social media managers, and client success teams

Participate in content planning and editorial calendar development

Provide input on content strategy based on performance data and market insights

Collaborate with design teams to ensure content aligns with visual elements

Experience & Skills

3+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in content marketing or digital marketing agencies

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in various content formats (blog posts, social media, sales collateral, etc.)

Proven experience with SEO copywriting and content optimization

Understanding of AI search engines and semantic search principles

Experience with social media content creation across multiple platforms

Technical Requirements

Proficiency with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.)

Experience with AI writing tools and content optimization platforms

Basic understanding of HTML and web publishing

Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics)

Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com,



etc.)
