**Job Summary**:
The Branch Support Manager II primary role is to provide guidance, direction, and solutions to Branch staff. This may take the form of supporting incoming branches and new hires with information, monitoring and reporting on progress of incoming branches, branch goals and their staff, and resolving issues related to onboarding queries from the field.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Onboarding incoming branches
- Work closely with the Transition team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Assist with on boarding new hires and completing the onboarding steps.
- Request equipment for new hires.
- Request onboarding training for new hies.
- All-around support for incoming branches; assure timely follow up and closure on outstanding tasks
- Ensure incoming branches are set up with leases, utilities, shipping and office supplies vendors, equipment, and signage as needed.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and other similar activities.
- Maintain office/branch files and documents
- Perform basic office functions include taking phone calls, scheduling meetings for loan officer, faxing and making copies as needed.
- Able to comply with the policies and procedures outlined in the Company Handbook
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Two (2) years prior mortgage or mortgage banking experience
- A minimum of two years’ experience in one of the loan operations functions, preferably mortgage loan processing
- Ability to deliver effective results and to meet deadlines
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Excellent phone and service skills
- Knowledge of Freddie Mac (FHLMC), Fannie Mae (FNMA), FHA, and VA
- Knowledge of mortgage principles and theories
- Timely communication and response times according to department standards
