- Inbound and outbound calls for a pediatric dental network in the USA, handling patient appointments scheduling and appointment reminders.
- Address customer needs.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues.
- Handle feedback and complaints professionally, striving for Customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on regulations and policies.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous customer service experience, healthcare industry experience a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathy.
- Proficiency in customer service software and EHR systems.
