**Education**: Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, IMA, IME, or similar
**Bilingual** English-Spanish
**Experience in**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position in manufacturing environmente (preferred in metalmechanic)
- Experience in prepare and implement and promote Safety Culture programs.
- Environmental System (ISO 14001)
- Security System (ISO-45001)
- IATF System
- Government regulations (local, state, federal)
- Waste management regulations
- Development of safety and environmental programs
- Develop and promote a safety culture




- Monitoring of accidentes, incidents, near miss, firs aids, etc.
- Risk analysis (Machinery and equipment, building)
- Oriented to floorshop presence
- Continuous improvement mindset
