**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and execute **ocean and air import operations**.
- Handle end-to-end shipment processes: bookings, documentation, arrivals, and cargo release.
- Maintain constant communication with customers, agents, and overseas partners.
- Prepare **operational and performance reports**.
- Manage and update shipment data in **CargoWise**.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards.
- Support **export operations** when required.
**Requirements**:
- ** Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export operations.**:
- ** CargoWise.**:
- ** Advanced English (spoken and written).**:
- ** Advanced Excel skills.**:
- ** Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.**:
- ** General knowledge of customs and logistics procedures.**
