Who We Are Looking For?
We’re building our expert pipeline of outstanding freelance engineers and developers for upcoming client projects. These include roles across a variety of specializations such as full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, data engineering, testing and automation, engineering, and more. This is not tied to a specific position but offers the opportunity to join our expert network. You’ll be among the first we reach out to when new freelance opportunities go live.

Key Responsibilities

Architecting scalable and secure applications

Building APIs and frontend interfaces

Automating infrastructure and deployments

Designing ETL pipelines and data architecture

Implementing test automation frameworks

Securing infrastructure and cloud environments

Participating in remote Agile teams

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a relevant engineering discipline





Proficiency in one or more technical domains, such as:

Backend: Java, Node.js, Python, Go, PHP

Frontend: React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS

DevOps & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker

Data Engineering: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Kafka, Airflow, Spark

Quality Assurance: Test automation, performance testing, CI pipelines

Fluent English communication skills

Proven ability to collaborate remotely in international teams

Ability to work independently in a distributed team

Strong analytical thinking and communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience working in startups or early-stage products

Exposure to CI/CD, cloud-native development, or LLM/AI tools

Open-source contributions or personal portfolio work
