- Plan and supervise the execution of residential and industrial projects.
- Carry out technical visits (electrical, mechanical and structural inspection)
- Ensure compliance with electrical, mechanical and structural regulations.
- Review permits, plans and engineering.
- Supervise contractors, field staff, and payroll.
- Coordinate with the engineering, purchasing, and after-sales departments.
- Ensure the implementation of industrial safety measures (harnesses, lifelines, catwalks).
- Maintain constant communication with clients and internal team.
**THE**_PROFILE_** WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- **Education**: Related engineering: Electrical,



Mechatronics or Renewable Energy.
- ** Knowledge**: In the solar industry, solar panels, or electrical construction.
**Technical knowledge**:
- Certifications or knowledge of electrical regulations (non-negotiable).
- It is desirable to have a DC3 course or certification in electrical work or at heights.
- Excel, Aurora (panel seeding) and Helio Scope.
- Use of multimeters, power tools and thermal imaging cameras.
- Knowledge of industrial safety and applicable regulations.
- ** Previous experience** in construction supervision, project management, and contractor management.
- Willing to travel out of town
