The Role Senior Talent Partner
Key Responsibilities and Contributions Partnering with hiring managers to define hiring strategies for Sales roles.
Sourcing exceptional talent through creative, data-driven outreach
Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer
Driving exceptional candidate experience throughout
Building and iterating on our hiring processes to scale with speed and quality
Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts
Leveraging ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize funnels and reporting.
Identifying and experimenting with new sourcing channels, tools, and technologies
Your Profile 5+ years of experience in sales roles
Proven track record of hiring across Sales, Solutions Sales, and Product
Passion for Technology with a solid understanding of sales cycle
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, can-do attitude
